For example, when a user downloads Virtual DJ software, the Download may redirect the user to submit certain information prior to downloading. Information collected through such a third-party site is not subject to this Privacy Policy, but is instead subject to the Third Party’s privacy policy. Similarly, information that users submit directly to a Vendor selling Gemini Sound products is not covered by this Privacy Policy. The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, however some of Gemini Sound’s applications and website may appeal to children under said age. Since our website under general usage do not collect financial information, we use the standard internet connections for those general usage portions of the site, without secured sockets.
