Delivery & Shipping Costs
The estimated delivery time for orders that weigh 50 pounds or less is 4 to 6 business days. Purchases that weigh 50 pounds or more are estimated to arrive in 4 to 8 business days.
Delivery costs are dependent upon the total cost of your order and the weight of the equipment purchased. Here is a breakdown of the amount you can expect to pay. Orders under $50 have a shipping cost of $5. For orders over $50, shipping is free of charge. Any purchase that weighs over 50 pounds will incur a shipping charge of $100.
You can have your order shipped to any physical address in the continental United States. Gemini Sound DOES NOT ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Offices, or Fleet Post Offices.
Once we have processed your payment, we will send you a shipment confirmation to the email address on file with the tracking number inside. Activation of your tracking number will occur within 48 hours of you receiving the email, and you will be able to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
If an order is lost during shipping or damaged upon delivery, you must file a claim with the shipping company. Gemini Sound is not liable for damages incurred during the shipping process, so be sure to save the product and all packaging materials to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Any purchase made from Gemini Sound is eligible for a free return label shipping from within the continental USA. You must return the item within 30 calendar days from the date you received it, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was at the point of delivery. For faster refund approval, be sure you ship the item back to us with the receipt or proof of purchase in the original packaging.
Once your item has reached our facility, it takes 2 business days to inspect it for damages and confirm the refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email once it has been processed or if there are any issues.
Upon approval of your refund, we will initiate a refund through your original payment method. You will receive the credit in a time frame determined by your credit card issuer or payment platform's policies.
Our warranty policy differs based on the type of product you purchase. New products come with a 1-year warranty, while refurbished products and parts are covered for 90 days.
