How to connect to a second speaker?

(WRX-843 / WRX900TOGO / PA-300BT / PA-300TOGO)

Wireless Linking

The WRX Series speakers all have TWS functionality allowing you to create a TRUE WIRELESS STEREO pair to play your Bluetooth music to two speakers without a physical wired connection.

PLEASE NOTE: Speakers in the WRX Series will only link with the same product. For example, the WRX-843 will only link with another WRX-843, the PA-300BT will only link with another PA-300BT.

  • Power up both WRX speakers in wireless range of each other and press the Bluetooth Link button on CH 3/4 of each speaker.

  • TWS Linking should happen automatically when speakers detect each other unless one or both speakers are already paired to others. In this case, simply hold down the Bluetooth button for 3+ seconds to reset.

Wired Connection

You can also to expand your system to another speaker (such as another WRX speaker or any other active speaker from Gemini) using wired connection.

  • First, locate the MIX OUT jack on rear of unit.
  • Connect a standard XLR cable from the XLR OUT jack to LINE input of your additional speaker.
  • MIX OUT sends L&R channels summed to a single MONO output.
  • XLR OUT can be used to connect to any mixer, recorder, pa system with XLR LINE inputs. Adapter required to connect to a ¼” line input.
  • Spread speakers apart for optimal coverage.
  • If you have more than 2 WRX series speakers, you may connect them all together by daisy chaining from MIX OUT to CH 1 or CH 2 input of next speaker (switched to LINE) using standard XLR cables. You’ll need to adjust Channel and Master volumes starting with the first speaker and moving down the daisy chain in order, to match volumes.

How do I use the DC power port?
(WRX-900TOGO / PA-300TOGO ONLY)

The WRX-900TOGO & PA-300TOGO come equipped with a DC power port on the rear of the subwoofer unit between the power switch and the Battery indicator LEDs. You may use this DC port to charge/play your speaker when AC power (wall outlet) is not available. To use this port you need to purchase appropriate adapter: 12-36V (Center Positive)
