MY DEVICE IS NOT READING MY FILES ON MY FLASH DRIVE

- Check with your devices file reading specifications.

- All of our devices read MP3 file format. Some may be able to read WAV, AAC, and AIFF.  

- The CDM-4000BT and the CDMP-1500 will only read MP3 file format and the files must be on the root folder of the USB flash drive.
