[MIDI] The unit is not recognized by my computer

They can be many different issues here.

- Try using a different USB cable.

- Try using a powered USB hub.

- Verify that your computer is picking up the device by locating your computer MIDI control panel or AUDIO control panel.

- Start from scratch. Uninstall and reinstall the provided DJ software.

- Always use the provided power adapter if one was included with your unit.
