Why I am not getting any sound from my DJX-05 headphones?
The DJX-05 headphones have a removable cable. Please check to make sure that this cable is firmly seated and all connected are secured. If this doesn’t’t correct the issue, please test the headphones with an alternate source.
The ear cups don’t fit well on my ears?
The DJX-05 headphones have adjustable ear cups. You may need to extend the ear cups lower or swivel them slightly to achieve a comfortable fit.
What do I use to clean my Gemini headphones?A weak solution of warm water and a couple of drops of dish soap will work fine. Do not use rubbing alcohol as it will dry out the leather.
