My CD is not being recognized by CDX-1210?

Make sure that your CD is in good shape, clean with no scratches or visual imperfections. If you’re still having a problem, please contact Gemini support.

When I try to use the platter on the CDX-1210, it doesn’t move the track the way I expect?

There are three modes for the platter: 1. Search 2. Pitch 3. Scratch. You can toggle through each of these modes using the jog mode button.

Will the CDX-1210 play MP3 files? (For CDX-1210)

Yes, you will need to burn your MP3 files to a CDR disc in order to read them on the CDX-1210. 

Will the CDX-1210 play MP3 files? (For CDX-2250i)

Yes, you will need to burn your MP3 files to a CDR disc in order to read them on the CDX-1210. On the CDX-2250i, you also have the option to play your digital media files from a connected USB drive.
