Orders under 50 lbs typically arrive in 4–6 business days. Orders over 50 lbs take 4–8 business days.

Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a $5 shipping fee. Items over 50 lbs have a $100 freight charge due to carrier surcharges.

We ship to any physical address in the continental United States. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, or FPOs at this time.

You'll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number after your payment is processed. The tracking number activates within 48 hours — then you can track it on the carrier's website.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Hold on to the product and all packaging materials — they'll need those for the claim.

You can return any purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item needs to be unused and in original condition with all packaging. We'll send you a free return label for shipping within the continental US.

Once your item arrives at our facility, we inspect it within 2 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed — or if there are any issues.

After we approve the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. How fast it shows up depends on your credit card company or payment platform.
